1) Who do I call if I have problems or questions with ordering?

3) Am I upcharged for 2X and 3X apparel?
Answer:
Yes, the upcharges are automatically included when the item is added to the shopping cart.

4) How do I check the status of my order?
Answer:
You will receive an acknowledgment of your order by email.
Click on the Order Status button for order details and shipping information.
Call inventory customer service at 717-396-7100 or 1-800-666-5556 with any questions
or you may email weborders@apexadv.com with questions.

5) How do I make a return or an exchange?
Answer:
Worn or washed clothing cannot be exchanged or returned. No close-out items can be returned. Purchaser is responsible for freight both ways on a return or exchange. ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS

6) How long does my order take to ship?
Answer:
A typical order will ship within 24 business hours (8a.m.- 5p.m. Mon - Fri cst.)
if all merchandise is in stock. Items are shipped by UPS ground unless otherwise
specified by the customer. Call for rates on rush delivery.

7) Can I order custom logo merchandise for special events?
Answer:
